How We Started
Back in 2019, I was consulting for a manufacturing company in Taoyuan that was hemorrhaging money on failed product launches. Their testing was all over the place — no standards, missed deadlines, and finger-pointing when things went wrong.
We spent three months rebuilding their entire testing workflow from scratch. Not just the technical parts, but how teams actually communicate, document issues, and make decisions. The results were immediate: faster releases, fewer customer complaints, and suddenly everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing.
That project became our blueprint. We realized that most testing problems aren't really about tools or technology — they're about process, communication, and having clear systems that people actually want to follow.
